Your data stays yours

Delta collects health and biometric data solely to generate your personal coaching briefs. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on infrastructure hosted by Supabase (AWS). It is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or other third parties.

The only external processor that touches your data is Anthropic (Claude AI), which receives anonymized daily metric summaries — not raw health records — to generate brief text. You can disconnect any integration or delete your account and all associated data at any time.
